Meet The Team

I work in the Family department where I provide secretarial support
across the team.In my spare time I assist a Northern League Football Team as their Sports Therapist providing match day care and pitchside First Aid having gained a BSc (Hons) and MSc in Sports and Exercise Rehabilitation. I am also a qualified Sports Massage Therapist, Sports Injury Yoga Instructor, and Personal Trainer.

When I’m not watching football, I enjoy training in the gym, running and spending time at the Coast.
