I have been working for DMA Law since 2015 after working for another law firm for 28 years from where I was made redundant due to retirement and closure of the firm. I started working in the Sunderland office as a receptionist before becoming a Secretary in the Childcare Department. I moved to the Hartlepool office in 2018 and subsequently gained a Paralegal qualification in Childcare to enable me to advise and assist parents and attend PLO meetings. This is something that I love to do, it is very rewarding to assist clients at challenging times in their lives and the hope is always for a happy ending.

 

I don’t have much spare time as my weekends are mainly taken up with spending time with the family, particularly my grandchildren. There is usually one or two of them having a sleepover at Nana and Grandad’s house on a Saturday.
