Meet The Team
Kate Winter

I joined DMA Law in 1999, and I’ve had many roles within the firm over the years. Initially I worked in both reception and the finance department before becoming the office manager at the Darlington office. I then became the personal assistant to the Managing Director, Julie Mathieson. I’m now the Operations Manager and spend my time working between all six offices, often with a screwdriver in my hand. Having been with the firm for so long, I take pride in being someone people can rely on and in playing my part in the continued success of the firm.

I never thought I would say this, but I am a football mam. In hail, rain or shine my husband and I take our son to his early morning matches (believe me some are ridiculously early!). We also support our local town’s football team by attending the home and away matches.
