I have worked for DMA Law in The Link since 2015, with an amazing team.
I’m qualified in advice and guidance NVQ level 2 & 3 before joining the firm I worked for Connexions Tees Valley. In more recent years I also worked for both the Citizen’s Advice Bureau and for the charity organisation Evolution (Work placement) in their IT department, and I returned to advisory services when I started in The Link.
I love building a genuine connection and rapport with clients and it always brings a smile to my face when client ask me about my fees for guiding and supporting and I get to say either “What fee?” or “No fees in the Link!” Seeing people so happy because of that is a great feeling.
If a client needs us, we can spend 10 minutes or hour talking over their problem and if they require ongoing support, we are just a call away.
Outside work, I am very happily married and have two amazing children, I love spending time with my family. In my spare time I enjoy playing video games, repairing and building computers, watching/reading anime and manga and going to the theatre & cinema.
