Lisa Newton

My role is Paralegal in the Family Department, where I work alongside Geoffrey Adamson, Director, whilst also providing wider support to the rest of the team.
I have worked in Family Law for over 30 years. I joined DMA Law in 2008.
Within my role I assist with case management and supporting clients through some of the most challenging and emotional times. I understand that each client will have different needs and concerns, and I feel I have a calm and approachable manner, and I am passionate about making clients feel heard, understood, and supported throughout the legal process, bringing empathy and clear communication.

I also carry out the role of Deputy Manager for the Family Department where I enjoy playing a key role in supporting colleagues. I feel my approachable nature and strong organisational skills help ensure the department runs smoothly and efficiently.
